fantastic stay!

shopping center subway station

the location was great, really. a large shopping center was right across the road! the staff were indeed very accommodating. the subway station next to the hotel made getting around quite easy.

I found the hotel didn't provide certain amenities as expected. i didn't receive slippers, soap, or shower gel. there was only a soap dispenser. It seemed less hygienic.

easy access subway station close mall quiet room clean place

the hotel sits very close to the u-bahn station. it makes getting around so easy. the milaneo mall is right there. my room was on the fifth floor and it was really quiet at night. the room was clean and warm which i liked a lot.

i thought that the food selection after 9 pm could have more option.

they gave me a small room even if they have other rooms available. the room don't look like what i see on the page when i booked it. it felt uncomfortably small. i think the room size dont match what is said on their page. i was not happy at all.

the location i found very convenient. the train station is close. i had easy access to stores. my room was spacious. several pillows i found available. the room i found to be clean. the bed i found comfortable.

i noted there were no signs directing to the garage. the staircase doors were blocked, that i saw. i had trouble finding the garage.

This hotel is modern. It sits near a metro stop and shopping. The national library is in front of the hotel. A shopping center offers dining options, and I found Italian restaurants close by. The staff was kind and check-in was quick. The room were stylish.

My room had limited space for clothes. I could have used more storage for personal items.

underwhelming stay

missing fridge sewage smell

the location was close to the train station. this made getting around relatively easy.

The room lacked basic amenities, such as a mini-fridge. i also found the lack of storage space inconvenient. There was nowhere to put my clothes, feel cramped, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. this made the experience very unpleasant
