the location was great, really. a large shopping center was right across the road! the staff were indeed very accommodating. the subway station next to the hotel made getting around quite easy.

I found the hotel didn't provide certain amenities as expected. i didn't receive slippers, soap, or shower gel. there was only a soap dispenser. It seemed less hygienic.

the hotel sits very close to the u-bahn station. it makes getting around so easy. the milaneo mall is right there. my room was on the fifth floor and it was really quiet at night. the room was clean and warm which i liked a lot.

i thought that the food selection after 9 pm could have more option.

the location was close to the train station. this made getting around relatively easy.

The room lacked basic amenities, such as a mini-fridge. i also found the lack of storage space inconvenient. There was nowhere to put my clothes, feel cramped, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. this made the experience very unpleasant
